That’s a quote from the Google Play ad: Play Your Heart Out. I’m not advocating the product, but the ad is amazing.
I came across it shortly after my father’s death, at a time when I was learning just how important it is to:
Let yourself feel what you’re feeling.
Even the hard stuff. Especially the hard stuff.
Let the Spirit of God teach you what to do with it.
